Orders typically ship within 72 hours upon placing your order via FedEx (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped via ground shipping unless you select an alternative shipping method. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email provided upon checkout, once your order is shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your Sandy Lisa product, we will gladly accept the return of your purchased product within 14 days of your original purchase providing the guidelines mentioned below are met.


Returned product must be returned unopened and unused accompanied by original receipt to our Headquarters for a full credit minus the shipping costs.

All returns require an authorization number which you must obtain from our customer service department via phone or email.

Credit for your returned item will post to the same account used in your original transaction on your next billing statement.

Sale items are nonrefundable and there are no exceptions.

Sandy Lisa is not responsible for any lost packages, we highly recommend you ship back your returned product back to our Headquarters with a carrier who will provide a tracking number to ensure your package does not get lost.


Sandy Lisa guarantees our product to be free of manufacturing defects and will repair or replace any defective item(s). This warranty does not cover misuse or improper care of the product and excludes wear and tear.
